How to connect to webmail?

Accessing Webmail

To access your webmail, simply go to:

https://mail.znxh.eu

Log in with your email credentials:

• Username: [email protected]

• Password: Your webmail password

Configuring Email Clients

IMAP Settings (for receiving emails)

• IMAP Server: mail.znxh.eu

• Port: 993 (SSL Secure)

• Authentication: Required

• Username: [email protected]

• Password: Your webmail password

SMTP Settings (for sending emails)

• SMTP Server: mail.znxh.eu

• Port (TLS): 587 (Secure)

• Port (SSL): 465 (Secure)

• Authentication: Required

• Username: [email protected]

• Password: Your webmail password

Setting Up Webmail on Mail Clients

Outlook

1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.

2. Choose Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.

3. Select IMAP and enter the details:

   • Incoming mail server: mail.znxh.eu

   • Outgoing mail server: mail.znxh.eu

   • Username: [email protected]

   • Password: Your webmail password

4. Click More Settings and configure:

   • Outgoing Server tab: Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."

   • Advanced tab: Set ports as listed above.

5. Click OK and Next to complete the setup.

Thunderbird

1. Open Thunderbird and click on Account Settings > Add Mail Account.

2. Enter your name, email address, and password.

3. Click Configure manually and enter:

   • Incoming: IMAP, mail.znxh.eu, Port 993, SSL

   • Outgoing: SMTP, mail.znxh.eu, Port 587, TLS or Port 465, SSL

4. Click Done.

Mobile (iOS/Android)

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

2. Select Other > Add Mail Account.

3. Enter your details and configure manually:

   • IMAP Server: mail.znxh.eu, Port 993, SSL

   • SMTP Server: mail.znxh.eu, Port 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL)

4. Save and test the connection.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure your username and password are correct.

• Verify SSL/TLS settings in your email client.

• Check your internet connection.

• If issues persist, contact support.
